Make sure that the jobs in the mailbox are in the correct chronological order.
The jobs in the mailbox are sorted on arrival time. You can not change the order
of selection afterwards. The order is important because with bundle printing,
the most recent job in the mailbox is printed first.
Note:
You can influence the chronological order with the 'Move to mailbox'
function in the job queue. This function allows you to define the correct order.

If necessary, check the setting 'Staples' for the required jobs. Make sure that the
use of 1 or 2 staples is defined.
You can use the star arrow keys (
) to navigate through the jobs in the
mailbox.
You can use the 'Edit...' option to check the 'Staple' settings.
If the use of staples is defined, press the correction key (
) to return to the
mailbox.
If the use of staples is not defined, change the setting, send the job to the job
queue and use 'Move to mailbox' to move the changed job to the local mailbox.
How to prepare a bundle print job with Move to mailbox

Do the following if you want to add a job in the network mailbox to the bundle
print jobs in the local mailbox.
a. Send the job from the network mailbox to the job queue.
b. Use 'Move to mailbox' to move the job to the local mailbox.

Do the following if you changed the setting 'Staples' in the job editor.
a. Send the job to the job queue.
b. Use 'Move to mailbox' to move the job to the local mailbox. (see ‘Move to
mailbox’ on page 103)
