Error messages and possible solutions
Introduction
The situation can occur that you want to scan a document, but the operator
panel on the Océ VarioPrint 2105 displays an error message. The errors occur
because a combination of settings is not possible or the limits of the system
capacity is reached.

Message Solution
'Maximum number
of images reached
for this job' The system memory is full, you can not scan more
images for this job. Start the scan process.
'Please wait, scan
will continue as soon
as possible' The system needs some time to process the informa-
tion and sent the information to the scan server. No
user action is necessary.
'Maximum of 500
images imported' You can not scan more than 500 images and combine
them into a single TIFF/PDF file. Start the job. Scan
the remaining originals as a new scan-to-file job. Use
a software application (e.g. Océ® Docsetter) to com-
bine the separate files into 1 file.
'Spool memory is al-
most full, scan to file
jobs can not be start-
ed' The maximum memory capacity on the Océ Smart
Imager is reached. Use the Océ VarioPrint 2105 Set-
tings Editor to empty the scan job export buffer.
