If Induction Motor

If Permanent Magnet Motor
1- Drive off, check that:
▪ STO1 and STO2 terminals are connected to +24V terminal
▪ Run command is connected but
not enabled
▪ Motor is connected to U, V and W. If phases are not crossed between drive and motor,
motor will run clockwise looking at DE when run forward is enabled. If not appropriate
use parameter

2- Switch the drive power supply ON
▪ The test is automatically performed during power up (5 sec sequence)
▪ At the end of the test:

If the test passed, the HMI displays "Ready" and the drive is ready to use

if a "Diagnostic" trip appears, read the result of the power module test in
17.06,
and then get in touch with your usual Leroy-Somer contact
3- Set the HMI clock according to procedure detailed in paragraph 2.2.3.5
4- Open STO1 and STO2 to disable the drive during drive setting
Control Mode selection
1- In "Parameter setting" mode, select "Quick Set up" mode
2- Set

At the end of the sequence, parameter is automatically set back to "Disabled"
