S-153 SPLIT CONNECTION RESTRICTION - ACD
Special Logon ID determines whether a Calling Party can access to a Split. If no Special Logon ID is assigned,
the Calling Party can access only to Split to which the Calling Party belongs. The following show the relation-
ship between Special Logon ID and normal Logon ID for Agent.
The following table shows the status of Calling Party (Agent) and actions of this feature when making/transfer-
ring a call to PPN or Pilot Number.
Note 1:
If Special Logon ID logs in to multiple Splits, all the applicable Splits are available.
Note 2:
If Calling party logs in to multiple Splits, all the applicable Splits are available.

to the both of single-split or multi-split.
Company Code Employer ID Number
The setting of Logon ID that each Agent uses
is "Company Code + Employer ID Number".
Maximum digit number of Logon ID Code (LID): 9 digits
Company Code: 0 - 8 digits
Digit number of Employer ID Number:
"Company Code + 1" - "Maximum digit number of LID"
