CHAPTER 4
OFFICE DATA DESIGN
2.14 ACDP Automatic Logoff
This feature provides IP terminals with automatic logoff in one of the following cases:
- When commercial power outage occurs while the IP terminal is working, being logged on as ACD agent.
- When the LAN cable is unplugged accidentally.
1.
This service is available with Dterm SP30 (Proprietary Protocol) and DtermIP (Proprietary Protocol).
2.
A failure notification by this service is sent to ACDP only.
Note 1
Note 1:
Available by assigning the System Data (ASYDL, SYS 1, Index 874, Bit 3 = 1)
.
3.
By setting “Call Recovery”, an incoming call to the failed agent can be directed to other agent.
4.
If failures occurred to multiple agents at a time because of SP failure, network trouble, or commercial pow-
er outage, ACDP Automatic Logoff and fault recovery system will take place at the same time.
For this reason, congestion may occur in the process.
In this case, a failure notification is sent again from SMF (Status Monitor Facility) to external equipment
in one of the following cases:
- When ACD call (SCF4) is requested to the logged-out station.
- When the terminal logged in again.
5.
If the restart of the office not equipped with ACDP occurred, the restart of the office equipped with ACDP,
or the independent initialization of ACDP “chapter7: ACDP SYSTEM RESTART PROCESSING” are
needed.
