[Troubleshooting for the "Robot emergency stop input signal inconsistency"]

Press [R] key of the teach
pendant twice to reset the

error

Press the emergency stop button of the Teach

pendant or the operation panel and then press

[R] key 2 times to reset the error.

Press the emergency stop button of the operation panel or the teach

pendant and then check the LED PD4,PD5 of UM367

Was the error released?

Replace the I/O board

(UM367-10)

Was the error released?

Does the ON/OFF condition match?

YES

Was the error released?

Replace the Teach pendant or

the operation panel.

Was the error released?

Replace the RMU and make the
setting, check, and approvement.
