Press [R] key of the teach
pendant twice to reset the
error
Press the emergency stop button of the Teach
pendant or the operation panel and then press
[R] key 2 times to reset the error.
Press the emergency stop button of the operation panel or the teach
pendant and then check the LED PD4,PD5 of UM367
