4.11 Working with the Averaging Function
(S/N Improvement)
The MkroScan 7600PRO provdes an S/N Improvement functon that reduces the
nose ncluded n the mage sgnals by means of averagng the mage. Ths functon also
mproves the mnmum detectable sze of the mage. Ths functon allow you to set the
S/N mprovement to
Off, ∑2, ∑8, ∑16, ∑32 or ∑64.
To set the image averaging function:
1) Go to
[MENU]
→
[MEASURE]
→
[AVERAGE]
