Creating production readiness
8.5 Creating production readiness
Here's how to proceed to create production readiness.
Prerequisites These prerequisites must be fulfilled:
• The sheeter is supplied with power.
• The warm-up phase of one hour has been observed.
• The web has been fed in.
• The web is tensioned.
• The nip rollers are closed (2).
• The format settings have been carried out.
• The <Error> lamp (1) is not lit up.
• The <Reset EMERGENCY STOP> illuminated button (6) does not light
up.

The system is ready for production.
The sheeter can now be started by pressing the <Start> button (5).
