Operation

8.2.4

Starting/stopping the sheeter

Here's how to start/stop the sheeter.

Prerequisites

These prerequisites must be fulfilled:

• The warm-up phase of one hour has been observed.

• The sheeter is ready for production.

See chapter “8.5   Creating production readiness”.

Starting

Here's how to start the sheeter:

Press the <Start> button (2).

A warning signal sounds and the sheeter moves at the set production 
speed.

Stopping

Here's how to stop the sheeter:

Press the <Stop> button (1).

The sheeter stops.

CAUTION!

Operating the sheeter when it is cold.

Non-observance could result in property damage to the cutting 
units.

•

Observe a warm-up phase of one hour.

•

Always only adjust the cutting knives when it is heated.

•

Only operate the sheeter when it is heated.
