4.4  OGNI 400 ORE 
 LAVORATIVE

-  Effettuare il cambio completo dell’olio del moltiplicatore, scaricando 

completamente l’olio dal tappo di scarico posto sotto la scatola 
moltiplicatore (4 Fig.44).

  È consigliabile inoltre effettuare la sostituzione dei tubi idraulici 

avendo cura di scaricare prima l’impianto idraulico da eventuali 
pressioni residue.

4.5 MESSA A RIPOSO

fi

 ne stagione, o nel caso si preveda un lungo periodo di riposo, è 

consigliabile:
-   Lavare la macchina soprattutto da concimi e da prodotti chimici ed 

asciugarlo.

-  Controllarla accuratamente ed eventualmente sostituire le parti 

danneggiate o usurate.

-  Serrare a fondo tutte le viti e i bulloni, in particolare quelli che 

fi

 ssano 

i coltelli.

-  Effettuare un accurato ingrassaggio ed in

fi

 ne proteggere tutta l’at-

trezzatura con un telo e sistemarla in un ambiente asciutto.

Alla successiva «messa in servizio» della macchina è consigliabile 
effettuare le seguenti veri

fi

 che:

-  Controllare i livelli olio della scatola cambio, eventualmente rabboc-

care.

- Veri

fi

 care i punti d’ingrassaggio; se necessario aggiungerne.

-  Controllare il serraggio di tutte le viti e se necessario stringerle.
Se queste operazioni vengono fatte con cura, il vantaggio sarà solo 
dell’utilizzatore in quanto alla ripresa del lavoro, troverà un’attrezzatura 
in perfette condizioni.

In caso di smantellamento della macchina, attenersi alle rela-
tive leggi del paese di utilizzo in particolare alle leggi sull’anti-
inquinamento.

per qualsiasi necessità di assistenza e ricambi.

4.2  EVERY 8 WORK
 HOURS

-  Grease the cardan shaft cross journals.
-  Grease the bearings of the rotor.
-  Check the tightness of the fastening bolts of the blades.
-  Open the rear hood and check to make sure that the rotor housing 

is clean and free from plant residues.

4.3  EVERY 50 HOURS 
 OF 

WORK

-  CHANGE THE OIL IN THE OVERDRIVE BOX AFTER THE FIRST 

50 HOURS SERVICE.

-  Check the oil level in the overdrive box, 

fi

 lling it up, if necessary, to 

the notch on the indicator (5 Fig. 44).

4.4  EVERY 400 HOURS OF
 WORK

-  Carry out a complete oil change of the overdrive,  discharging all 

the oil from the discharge cap located below the overdrive box (4 
Fig. 44).

  It is also advisable to replace the hydraulic pipes after having 

fi

 rst 

made sure that all residue pressure has been relieved from the 
hydraulic circuit.

4.5 STORAGE

Proceed in the following way at the end of the season or if the harrow 
is to remain unused for a long period of time:
-  Wash the harrow and dry it. Make sure that all fertilizer and chemical 

products have been removed.

-  Carefully  check the implement and replace any damaged or worn 

parts.

-  Fully tighten all screws and bolts, particularly the ones that 

fi

 x the 

tines.

-  Thoroughly grease  the implement and protect it with a tarpaulin. 

The machine should be stored in a dry place.

It is advisable to proceed with the following inspections before the 
machine is set at work again:
-  Check the level of the oil in the gearbox and top up if necessary.
-  Check the greasing points and add grease if required.
-  Check all bolts and tighten them if necessary.
If these operations are carefully carried out, the user will 

fi

 nd the imple-

ment in a perfect condition when it is required again.

Comply with the laws in force in the relative countries, par-
ticularly the anti-pollution provisions, if the machine must be 
dismantled.
Also remember that the Manufacturer is always at your dis-
posal for any technical assistance and spare parts as may be 
required

.

 KÄYTTÖTUNNIN VÄLEIN

-  Vaihda kulmavaihteen öljy tyhjentämällä se kulmavaihteen pohjassa 

olevan tyhjennysaukon kautta (kohta 4, kuva 44).

  Suosittelemme myös hydrauliikkaletkujen vaihtamista. Varmista, 

että paineet on vapautettu ennen liitosten avaamista.

4.5 KONEEN SÄILYTYS

Ennen koneen talvisäilytykseen asettamista suosittelemme seuraavien 
toimenpiteiden tekemistä:
-  Pese kone ja anna sen kuivua. Varmista, ettei koneen päälle jää 
lannoitteita tai muita syövyttäviä aineita.
-  Tarkista kone huolellisesti ja vaihda kuluneet tai vaurioituneet osat.
-  Kiristä kaikki pultit ja mutterit, erityisesti teräpultit.
-  Voitele kaikki voitelunipat ja suojaa kone kuormapeitteellä. Säilytä 
kone kuivassa paikassa.
Suosittelemme seuraavien tarkistusten tekemistä ennen koneen 
käyttöön ottoa:
-  Tarkista kulmavaihteen öljyn määrä ja lisää öljyä tarvittaessa.
-  Tarkista voitelukohdat ja voitele tarvittaessa.
-  Tarkista kaikkien pulttien kireys ja kiristä tarvittaessa.
Jos nämä toimenpiteet tehdään huolella, kone pysyy hyvässä kun-
nossa seuraavalle kaudelle ja sen käyttöikä pitenee.

Jos kone on romutettava, on noudatettava paikallista lainsäädän-
töä ja huomioitava erityisesti ympäristösäännökset.
Varaosahankintoja ja teknisiä tietoja koskevissa asioissa voit aina
