4.0 MANUTENZIONE
Sono di seguito elencate le varie operazioni di manutenzione da
eseguirsi con periodicità.
Il minor costo di esercizio ed una lunga durata della macchina dipende,
tra l’altro, dalla metodica e costante osservanza di tali norme.
CAUTELA
I tempi di intervento elencati in questo opuscolo hanno solo ca-
rattere informativo e sono relativi a condizioni normali di impiego,
possono pertanto subire variazioni in relazione al genere di servi-
zio, ambiente più o meno polveroso, fattori stagionali, ecc.
Nel caso di condizioni più gravose di servizio, gli interventi di
manutenzione vanno logicamente incrementati.
Tutte le operazioni devono essere eseguite da personale esperto,
munito di adeguate protezioni (DPI), in ambiente pulito e non
polveroso.
Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione devono essere eseguite
tassativamente con attrezzatura agganciata al trattore, freno di
stazionamento azionato, motore spento, chiave disinserita ed
attrezzatura appoggiata al suolo sui puntelli di sostegno.
- Prima di iniettare il grasso lubri
fi
cante negli ingrassatori, è
necessario pulire con cura gli ingrassatori stessi per impedire
che il fango, la polvere o corpi estranei si mescolino con il
grasso, facendo diminuire, o addirittura annullare, l’effetto della
lubri
fi
cazione.
- Veri
fi
care che non vi siano perdite d’olio dalle tubazioni idrau-
liche, altrimenti sostituirle.
- Nell’eseguire il ripristino o il cambio olio, è consigliabile usare
lo stesso tipo di olio usato precedentemente.
AVVERTENZA
Tenere sempre gli olii ed i grassi al di fuori della portata dei bam-
bini.Leggere sempre attentamente le avvertenze e le precauzioni
indicate sui contenitori.Evitare il contatto con la pelle. Dopo
l’utilizzo lavarsi accuratamente e a fondo.Trattare gli olii usati in
conformità con le leggi vigenti anti-inquinamento.
4.1 PRIME 8 ORE
LAVORATIVE
- Dopo le prime 8 ore lavorative a cui la macchina è stata sottoposta,
effettuare un accurato controllo dello stato generale della macchina
stessa.
In particolare, dopo aver controllato l’usura dei coltelli, serrare a
fondo ulteriormente le viti.
In tale occasione è bene effettuare un controllo del serraggio delle
viti e bulloni di tutta la macchina, e del corretto tensionamento delle
cinghie.
4.0 MAINTENANCE
The various operations of periodic maintenance are listed below.
Lower operating costs and longer life for the machine depend, among
other things, on the methodical and constant observation of these
rules.
CAUTION
The given frequencies are indicative and refer to normal condi-
tions of use. They may therefore be subject to variations in rela-
tion to the type of service, a more or less dusty environment,
seasonal factors, etc.
In the case of heavy-duty conditions, the maintenance operations
should obviously be more frequent.
All operations must be carried out by expert personnel, wearing
the proper safety clothing in a clean, not dusty environment.
All maintenance operations must be strictly carried out with the
implement coupled to the tractor, hand brake engaged, engine
off, ignition key removed, and implement lying on the
fl
oor on
its support foot.
- Before injecting grease into the lubricators, the greasing points
must be thoroughly cleaned to prevent mud, dust or foreign
bodies from mixing with the lubricant, thus reducing or even
annulling its lubricating effect.
- Verify that there aren’t any oil leakages from the hydraulic pipes,
otherwise replace them.
- When topping up or changing the lubricant, always ensure that
the oil is of the same type as that used previously.
WARNING
Always keep oil and grease away from children.
Always carefully read the warnings and precautions indicated on
the containers. Avoid contact with the skin.
After using, wash hands at length and thoroughly.
Treat used oils in conformity with the anti-pollution laws in
force.
4.1 FIRST 8 HOURS
SERVICE
- Carefully check the general condition of the machine after the

rst
8 hours service.
In particular, after having checked the tines for wear, tighten the
screws.
At that time, it is advisable to check that all screws and bolts are
correctly torqued, and the belts correctly tightened.
4.0 HUOLTO
Alla on luettelo määräaikaisista huoltotoimenpiteistä.
Mainittujen toimenpiteiden avulla käyttökustannukset saadaan py-
symään alhaisina ja koneen käyttöikä pitenee.
VAROITUS
Ilmoitetut huoltovälit ovat vain ohjeellisia ja niitä sovelletaan
normaaleissa työolosuhteissa. Huoltovälejä on muutettava
käyttöolosuhteiden mukaan.
Jos konetta käytetään vaikeissa olosuhteissa, on huoltoväliä
lyhennettävä.
Ainoastaan koulutettu henkilökunta saa tehdä tarvittavat toi-
menpiteet puhtaissa olosuhteissa. Henkilöstön on käytettävä
asianmukaista suojavarustusta
Kaikki huoltotoimenpiteet tehdään, kun kone on kytketty trak-
toriin, jossa pysäköintijarru on kytketty, moottori pysäytetty,
virta-avain on irrotettu ja työkone on laskettu maahan.
- Ennen kuin voitelunippoihin puristetaan rasvaa, on voite-
lukohdat puhdistettava huolellisesti, jotta voiteluaineeseen
ei sekoitu mutaa, pölyä tai muuta vierasta ainetta, mikä
heikentäisi voitelun tehoa tai hävittäisi sen kokonaan.
- Varmista, ettei vuotoja esiinny putkissa tai letkuissa. Vuota-
vat putket ja letkut on vaihdettava.
- Kun voiteluainetta lisätään tai se vaihdetaan, on aina varmis-
tettava, että se on samanlaista kuin aikaisemmin käytetty.
VAROITUS
Muista pitää öljyt ja rasvat poissa lasten ulottuvilta.
Lue huolellisesti pakkausten käyttöohjeet ja varoitukset. Vältä
öljyn ja rasvan ihokosketusta.
Voitelun jälkeen on kädet pestävä huolellisesti.
Hävitä jäteöljyt asianmukaisella tavalla.
4.1 ENSIMMÄSTEN 8 KÄYTTÖTUNNIN HUOLTO
- Tarkista huolellisesti koneen yleiskunto 8 ensimmäisen käyttötunnin
jälkeen.
Kun terien kuluneisuus on tarkistettu, kiristetään teräpultit.
Suosittelemme, että koneen kaikki ruuvit ja mutterit kiristetään ja
tarkistetaan, että hihnat ovat oikein kiristetyt.
