Access from the Computer Program:

, press the "Setup" button. The "Activation Hystersis" setting is found in the "Analog
Clutch Setup" dialog box under the "Analog1" Tab. Click the "UP" and "DOWN" arrow buttons or type in any
numeric value in the valid ranges shown above.
Calibrate Clutch Pedal Position Sensor Signal
This option is only available on the controller and allows the user to set the released and depressed clutch
voltages using live data from the vehicle.
The valid range is 0.00-5.00 in 0.01 Volt increments.
Access from the Controller:
From the
, press the "SETUP" button. Press the "DOWN" button repeatedly until the Analog1 Setup
Menu selection is highlighted, and then press the "ENTER" button twice. Press the down arrow until the "Set
Clutch Voltage" selection is highlighted and then press the "ENTER" button. With the vehicle powered up and the
clutch pedal released, press the "SET MIN" button. Next, fully depress the clutch pedal and press the "SET MAX"
button. The clutch voltages that were observed by the controller will be displayed and this should be used to verify
correct operation.
