Low
Voltage group (UB6) of the KRONE Machine Controller (KMC)
Possible cause
Remedy
FMI 4: An undervoltage or a short circuit to ground has occurred.
The wiring is faulty.
Check wiring for damage,
One or several sensors/actu-
ators connected to the voltage
group are defective.
An overview of the position of the sensors, actuators and
control units is provided in the circuit diagram.
Check the sensor and the cabling for damage,
The control unit KMC is de-
fective.
Replace the control unit KMC.
Note the error number with the FMI and contact the KRONE
service partner.

FMI 5: A cable break has occurred or the current intensity is too weak.
The wiring is faulty.
Check wiring for damage,
One or several sensors/actu-
ators connected to the voltage
group are defective.
An overview of the position of the sensors, actuators and
control units is provided in the circuit diagram.
Check the sensor and the cabling for damage,
The control unit KMC is de-
fective.
Replace the control unit KMC.
Note the error number with the FMI and contact the KRONE
service partner.

Low
Voltage group (UB6) of the KRONE Machine Controller (KMC)
Possible cause
Remedy
FMI 6: There is a short circuit to ground or current intensity is too low.
The wiring is faulty.
Check wiring for damage,
One or several sensors/actu-
ators connected to the voltage
group are defective.
An overview of the position of the sensors, actuators and
control units is provided in the circuit diagram.
Check the sensor and the cabling for damage,
The control unit KMC is de-
fective.
Replace the control unit KMC.
Note the error number with the FMI and contact the KRONE
service partner.

Low
Supply voltage of sensors
Possible cause
Remedy
FMI 11: The error cause is unknown.
The supply voltage of the
sensors could not be activ-
ated.
Note the error number with the FMI and contact the KRONE
service partner.
