Operating the hydraulic blade group control system

Swivel in (activate) blade group A

Swivel in (activate) blade groups A and B

Swivel in (activate) blade group B

Swivel out (deactivate) blade groups A and B

Swivel out blade groups A and B and lower blade cassette.

This maintenance position is used to change the blades,

refer to page 205

Swivel blade groups in/out

On the terminal in the working screen, select

The keys of the hydraulic blade group control system are displayed on the side.

Select the required key

The current status of the hydraulic blade group control system is indicated on the status line
of the working screen.

After the required function of the blade group control system has been selected, the

prompt

appears after approx. 2 seconds to swivel the blades out and to lower the blade

cassette via the tractor hydraulics:

Confirm the prompt on the display.

To swivel out the blades and lower the blade cassette, actuate the control unit (green, 7-).

After approx. 2 seconds, the prompt

appears to swivel in the desired blades and to lift

the blade cassette via the tractor hydraulics.

If no blades were selected, no blades will be swivelled in, nevertheless the blade cassette will
be raised.

Confirm the prompt on the display.

To swivel in the blades and to raise the blade cassette, actuate the control unit (green, 7+).

Actuate the maintenance position

The maintenance position serves to swivel out the blades and to lower the blade cassette in one
procedure. To enable better removal of the blades, the blades are then lifted up again slightly.
