Setting the scraper and stone deflector

18.14.1

Setting the scraper to the spiral roller

For the "Net and chamber film wrapping" version

The following information label is affixed to the machine:

27 018 237 0

RP000-301

Ensure that the scraper (2) is very close to the spiral roller (1).

If the scraper (2) is not very close to the spiral roller (1), set the scraper (2) as described
below.

The tailgate is open and the tailgate is hydraulically locked,

refer to page 75

The side guard on the right side of the machine side is open.

Loosening scraper reinforcer

For the "Net and chamber film wrapping" version

RP000-302

3 scraper reinforcers (3) are also mounted on the scraper rail (1). These scraper reinforcers (3)
and the scraper rail (1) should be positioned on the spiral roller (2).

To set the scraper rail (1), loosen the scraper reinforcers (3):

Loosen the screw connections (2).

The scraper reinforcers (3) can be moved in the oblong hole.
