System BIOS Cacheable
When enabled, this option activates caching of the system BIOS ROM at
F0000h-FFFFFh, resulting in better system performance. However, if any
program writes to this memory area, a system error may result.
Video BIOS Cacheable
When enabled, this option activates caching of the video BIOS ROM at
C0000h to F7FFFh, resulting in better video performance. However, if any
program writes to this memory area, a system error may result.
Memory Hole at 15MB - 16MB (for 2GHz FlexPAC Only)
In order to improve performance, certain space in memory can be reserved for
ISA cards. This option allows you to reserve 15MB to 16MB memory address
space to ISA add-in cards. This makes memory from 15MB and up
unavailable to the system. Add-in cards can only access memory up to 16MB.
Delayed Transaction
The chipset has an embedded 32-bit posted write buffer to support delayed
transaction cycles. Select enabled to support compliance with PCI
specification, version 2.1.
Power Supply Type (for 2GHz FlexPAC Only)
This field sets the power supply type that is in your system. By default, the setting
is set to ATX.
AGP Aperture Size (MB)
The option sets the aperture size of the graphics memory address space. The
aperture is a portion of the PCI memory address range dedicated for the
graphics memory address space. Host cycles that hit the aperture range are
forwarded to the AGP without any translation. The available settings are 4M,
8M, 16M, 32M, 64M, 128M and 256M.
Delay Prior to Thermal
This option activates the CPU thermal function after the system boots for the
set number of minutes.
ICH2 ISA Enable
This option activates the ICH2 function.
