Click the [log-in] button at the top right of the
screen.
- The log-in screen will be displayed.

Click the user ID pull-down menu.
-A list of user IDs will be displayed.

Click "SERVICE."
- The pull-down menu will be closed and "SERVICE"
displayed in the user ID window.

Input the service password from the PC
keyboard.
- The input password will be shown as a series of
asterisks (*) or dots (
•
) equivalent in number to the
characters input.
(The display format depends on the PC used.)

Click the [OK] button.
- If the input password is correct, the message
"Please Wait" will be displayed followed by the
service maintenance mode screen of Web
maintenance tool.
