5.2 Backup
The procedure for backing up DRYPRO 793 program/setting files is described below.
The following two types of backup should be carried out during installation.
- Backup of DRYPRO 793 CF memory information on the hard disk.
- Backup of DRYPRO 793 installation settings on the maintenance PC using the Web maintenance tool.

Switch to the service maintenance mode.

Touch the [OTHER button.
- The other setting items will be displayed.

Touch the [DATA BACKUP] button.
- The data backup screen will be displayed.

Backup data can be
restored to the CF
using the "RESTORE"
function.

CF Memory Data Backup
(CF -> HDD)
The procedure for backing up DRYPRO 793 program/setting files for use in the event of damage to
the compact flash memory is described below.
All program files including device-specific data is normally stored in the compact flash memory. This
data should all be backed up on the hard disk.

Touch the [EXECUTE] button.
- A message indicating the data backup is in process
will be displayed followed by return to the menu
screen.
