8.2 Error messages
The error messages are divided into four groups in accordance with the NAMUR classification scheme.

The signal at the input of the A / D converter
exceeds the maximum value.
Flow measurement is not possible.
When the meter tube is empty, ensure that the
empty pipe detection function is active.
Ensure that the current flow rate does not exceed
the set measuring range.
Contact the manufacturer.
F098.012 / Electronics FEB communication error.
EMC disturbance. Call Service.
Defective front end board or motherboard.
Wiring error between sensor and transmitter.
The front end board and the motherboard are not
connected.
If this involves an integral mount design: Contact
the manufacturer.
If this involves a remote mount design: Check the
wiring between the sensor and the transmitter.
Contact the manufacturer.
F097.029 / Electronics Coil regulation error.
Check wiring of sensor coils. Call
service
Defective solenoid.
Wiring error, broken cable or shorted out coil circuit
(terminals M1 / M2).
Defective fuse for coil circuit; moisture in sensor
terminal box.

Check coil circuit fuse.
Check the sensor terminal box for moisture.

The SIL monitoring function has detected a
