＊ When the presser foot pressure s excessvely hgh,
the feed force wll deterorate. When the presser foot
pressure s excessvely low, sewng performance wll
be not stablzed.
Set the protrudng amount of 3 mm as the standard
and perform fine adjustment within the range where
sewng performance or feed force s not affected.

The top end of the needle protrudes from the bottom
surface of the presser foot even when the presser foot
s lfted when the sewng machne stops at UP poston
n the case where the heght of the presser foot s more
than 2.5 mm. As a result, cloth may be damaged by
the top end of the needle.
When the heght of the presser foot s 2.5 mm or
less, cloth comes n contact wth the presser foot when
placng t on the sewng machne or removng t from
the sewng machne at the tme of sewng. As a result,
operating efficiency will deteriorate.

Adjust the heght of hand lfter base

heght of the presser foot should be wthn the range
of 2 to 4 mm. After the completon of adjustment,
securely tghten setscrew
