Common Screen Error
Messages

Phase Sensor Error Message

Figure 12-4. Phase sensor error message.

This message is generally caused by one of the following:

RCE motor (Source side motor) is not running

Phase sensor malfunctions inside the Source motor control module has
electronic problems (motor driver, etc.)

Electrical connections between J1 and J2 or J3 and J4 are not secured –
check the cable connections and that the pins on the connectors all look
normal.
