Cable diameter To measure heights correctly in closed-loop
mode, the actual running distance of the motor
is calculated by using the encoder pulse count.
Before first running, the upward limit position
must be calibrated.
The procedure for first running is as follows:
Set the upward limit position terminal, for
example, P05.05=64. Then the HDI terminal
functions as the upward limit position input.
If internal measurement (motor encoder) is
enabled, set
=1.
Start the tower crane to run upward and stop at
the upward limit position.
Record the values of
(Initial turns of drum
winding) and
(Initial diameter of
drum/pulley diameter).
In open/closed loop mode, if external
measurement (HDI) is enabled, set
=2.
