9.2.39. Barcode Check Digit Wrong
(Error 255)
This error occurs if Barcode Detection ( see chapter
4.6.4.4. ) is active for the current scan profile and if correct
barcode type(s) with check digit selected is/are detected,
but the check digit of the barcode on the current docu-
ment is incorrect. To fix the error, before anew Scanstart,
proceed according to General Paper Jam Handling ( see
chapter 9.2. ) and make sure to also check the document
containing the offending barcode.
9.2.40. Barcode Too Long
(Error 256)
This error occurs if Barcode Detection ( see chapter
4.6.4.4. ) is active for the current scan profile and if the
recognized barcode on the current document exceeds
the permitted length of 16 characters. . To fix the error,
before anew Scanstart, proceed according to General
Paper Jam Handling ( see chapter 9.2. ) and make sure
to also check the barcode on the offending document.
9.2.41. Double Feed Detected Too Late
(Error 257)
This message is displayed if the detection of a double
feed was intended to be used as an event to control
another function ( see chapter 4.2.3. ), but the double feed
has been detected too late on the current document,
for this to work. To fix the error, before anew Scanstart,
proceed according to General Paper Jam Handling ( see
chapter 9.2. ) and make sure to also check the document
which caused the double feed error.
9.2.42. User Unknown
(Error 266)
If a user ( see chapter 4.1.2. ) enters a name that is unk-
nown to the system, during log-in, this error will be
displayed. Please repeat the entry and enter a valid user
name.
9.2.43. Wrong Password
(Error 267)
If a user enters a password during a log-in ( see chapter
4.1.2. ) that does not match the previously specified user
name, this error is displayed. Please repeat the input
and enter a valid password for the user to be logged in.
