NOTE
The actual warranty on your instrument depends on
the date it was ordered as well as whether or not any
warranty options were purchased at that time. To
determine the exact warranty on your instrument,
contact the nearest Hewlett-Packard sales or service
office with the model and serial number of your
instrument. See
Table 9-10
for a list of sales and
service offices.

at no charge within HP service travel areas. Outside HP service travel
areas, warranty service will be performed at Buyer’s facility only upon
HP’s prior agreement, and Buyer shall pay HP’s round-trip travel
expenses. In all other areas, products must be returned to a service
facility designated by HP.
If the product is to be returned to Hewlett-Packard for service or repair,
it must be returned to a service facility designated by Hewlett-Packard.
Buyer shall prepay shipping charges to Hewlett-Packard and
Hewlett-Packard shall pay shipping charges to return the product to
Buyer. However, Buyer shall pay all shipping charges, duties, and taxes
for products returned to Hewlett-Packard from another country.
