Threshold - The signal strength (in dBm) before roaming can occur to this
connection. The default is -93 dBm.

•

Dwell - The length of time (in seconds) to wait before attempting the connection.
The default is 10 seconds.

•

Connect Attempts - The number of times this connection is tried. If there is no
successful connection after this many tries, the next connection is tried.

To configure a WWAN network, tap the View Network Settings button. To configure the
