Insulation fault indication / ISO fault occurred
If an insulation fault is active, a magnet restart block
automatically becomes active, i.e. after putting the load down,
the operator is no longer able to switch the magnet back on
again.
This message will not clear until after a system restart.

Warning
With an insulation fault, the “electrical separation” protective
measure - which is otherwise provided by the system - is no
longer effective.
If another fault occurs, potentially fatal contact voltages on
metal parts may arise!

Overtemperature pre-warning (control electronics),

The temperature in the control electronics has exceeded
the pre-warning threshold.
The
i
MAPLA system is secured against being switched back
on again until the temperature in the control electronics has
reduced further and the overtemperature pre-warning goes
out.
If the
i
MAPLA system is used under load despite the
overtemperature pre-warning, the temperature increases
further and after approximately 10 minutes, the system is shut
down immediately due to the temperature exceeding the
threshold.
