1 MAPLA system is ready for use
The voltage supply for the MMI is present.
2 Lifting magnet switched on (“lift”)
This LED stays lit while the lifting magnet is switched on.
If the lifting magnet is switched off, i.e. the load is released, this LED will go
out.
3 Quick magnetisation (“release / switch off”)
(This operating mode only applies for material handling mode: A mode)
The LED lights up during automatic quick magnetisation (degaussing). The
LED goes out once this process has been fully completed. This operating
mode is deactivated when (optional) Sorting mode was selected.
4 Disconnection / communication fault
LED ON:
Disconnection, lifting magnet
This LED lights up when the connection cable of the lifting magnet was not
plugged in or has a disconnection.
LED is flashing:
Internal communication fault
This LED flashes when a fault arose on the MMI controller interface. The data
connection has a fault. Check the MMI cable.
