Note
If the control button is pressed again after switching on
the lifting magnet (while magnetisation is still running),
magnetisation is stopped and the automatic quick
release / shut-down is started straight away. In this case, the
system may require a few magnetisations until the maximum
tension force of the lifting magnet becomes available.
Note
The operator can also preselect the tension force of the lifting
magnet on a wide range of MMI variants (e.g. “INT MSF”). The
selection and separation of materials can thus be handled with
greater sensitivity.
When the tractive power is reduced, it is possible to increase
the switch-on time of the lifting magnet at the same time.
The switch-on time indicator is intelligently adjusted to it. This
allows the substructure or workplace to be cleaned through
very long switch-on times without leading to an overheating of
the magnet. To ensure that this application works, contact the
manufacturer of the magnet or magnetic system beforehand.
