Operation
Troubleshooting
y
Check whether the cooling air inlet and outlet openings are free and
whether the cooling air can flow unimpeded through the cooling profiles
of the switch box. Clean the switch box cooling profiles with a damp cloth
if required.
y
If the fault persists, please get in touch with the manufacturer or a party
authorised by the manufacturer.
6.10.9
Temperature limit exceeded (control electronics)
LED 4+5+6 flash and 100 %-LED flashes
Excess temperature, control electronics
y
The temperature in the control electronics has exceeded the permissible
threshold and the system is switched off immediately without further
warning.
Any raised loads will be released by the lifting magnet.
After the system has been switched off automatically, a restart block prevents
the lifting magnet from being switched back on until the temperature of the
control electronics drops below the pre-warning temperature again.
Troubleshooting measures

See Troubleshooting for the previous chapter “Overtemperature
pre-warning control electronics”.
Danger
Danger to life through falling loads!
y
The control electronics can sustain damage as a result
of overheating. At the same time, safe operation of the
machine is NOT ensured in this state. Loads may drop in an
uncontrolled fashion when the electronics fails.
►
Immediately drop the load (switch off the magnet) and have
the system checked by an expert for damage.
