Inspection of level of
window cleaning solution
Inspection of manual
transmission oil level
Ensure that the cleaning solution are enough for use.
If the level is too low, charge up the liquid.
Danger
Always use clean cleaning solution. Dirty liquid
might lead to clogging of washer system or block off
your vision.
Warning
Follow the instructions given by the manufacturer,
and prepare cleaning solution as per suitable
proportion.
Attention
Washers of the front window and rear window share
one cleaning solution reservoir.
Danger
To avoid personal injuries, do not check the oil level
before the ignition switch is completely set to the
“LOCK” position and the engine gets cool
adequately.
Park your automobile on a level pavement, and pull
up the parking brake handle. Set the ignition switch to
the “LOCK” position.
Remove the filler port plug, and check the
transmission oil level by fingers. If the transmission
oil level falls within 5mm below the bottom margin
of the port, the oil level is acceptable.
If the oil level is acceptable, reinstall and
securely tighten up the filler port plug.
Tightening torque: 20-30N·m
(2.0-3.1kgfm)
When the oil level is relatively low, charge up
specified liquid oil till liquid oil flows out of the
filler
port.

transmission oils, see Section 15. Reinstall
tighten the filler port plug securely.
Tightening torque: 20-30N.m
(2.0-3.1kgfm)
