Danger
Be careful not to scald yourself by hot engine
components and radiator.
Shut down the engine, and check the driving belts for
cracks, excessive wear or oil stain.
If any driving belt is damaged, contact the local special
service store for replacement. Conduct pressing → and
measure the deflection.
Check whether or not the deflection falls within the
prescribed limits.
See Section 15.
If the deflection falls outside the prescribed limits,
contact the local special service store for regulation of
the driving belts.
Cleaning and replacement of air filter
Compressed air may be used to clean the air filter.
The compressed air shall be blown in through the
clean side of the air filter. When necessary, replace the
air filter.
If your automobile mainly runs in dusty areas before,
the air filter shall be cleaned once every time a road
mileage of 2,500km is finished.
Use soft cloth to wipe off filth or dust attached onto
the case and pedestal of air filter.
Warning
Do not drive your automobile with the air filter
removed; otherwise, the engine may be subjected
to excessive wear.
Do not oil the filter so as not to reduce its working
efficiency.
Before the air filter cap is not fitted on, do not
allow any foreign materials to enter into the case
of air filter; otherwise, the engine may be
damaged.
1. Unclasp the buckles.
2. Lift up the upper case simultaneously.
3. Remove the air filter.

1.
Install the air filter onto the cap.
2. Install the upper case.
3. Lock up the buckles.
