5. Open the dispenser holder by pressing both snap-fit hooks together and removing it.
6. Turn the dispenser clockwise to remove it from the Liquid Manager.
7. Remove the adapter and the dispenser from the dispenser drive. To do so, hold the
dispenser by the black block at the lower end and pull the block from the metal pin.
Replacing the Liquid Manager
1. Release and remove the 4 Allen screws (4 mm) on the Liquid Manager.
2. Disconnect the two plug-in connectors of the Liquid Manager from the main PCB.
3. Release the four torx screws on the stepping motor of the old Liquid Manager. Remove
the stepping motor of the old Liquid Manager.
4. Mount the stepping motor on the new Liquid Manager.
5. Install the new Liquid Manager in the reverse order.
Reinserting the dispensers
1. Screw a new dispenser onto the Liquid Manager. Make sure that the dispenser is
connected correctly.
2. Slide the dispenser holder over the snap-fit hooks. Ensure that the holder snaps into
place.
Reinserting the bottles and starting the analyzer again
1. Secure the cover and place the bottle tray back into the housing.
2. Connect the bottles to the appropriate covers and hoses.
3. Switch the analyzer back on.
