, Windows Media Audio (WMA) file, and SD-Audio data are
referred to as “Music data”.

You can play Windows Media Audio (WMA) files and Chaku-Uta-Full
®
protected by copyright
protection technology on the FOMA terminal.

When downloading music data from websites, make sure to confirm the terms of use
(agreement, prohibited actions, etc.) before use.

WMA files protected by copyright protection technology are played using the specific
information on your FOMA terminal. When the specific information on your FOMA terminal is
changed due to malfunction, repairs or model change, WMA files saved before information
changes may not be played.
In the above case, delete all WMA data in the FOMA terminal, then transfer WMA files from
your PC.

Note that DOCOMO accepts no liability whatsoever for handling of copy control CD (CCCD)
and music data that cannot be saved as a WMA file.

You can enjoy music data stored in the microSD card and the FOMA terminal (Phone) for
personal use only. Please take care not to violate the rights of others such as copyrights and
other intellectual property rights. Do not copy or move music data in the microSD card and the
FOMA terminal (Phone) to a PC or other media.
