Receiving Information
When the FOMA terminal is in the FOMA service
area, information is automatically received.
z
When you receive information, “ ” appears at the
top of the screen.
z
Up to 50 pieces of information can be saved. If the
maximum number of pieces is exceeded, older
pieces are overwritten.
When information is received
When information is automatically received, a pop up
message appears on the standby screen.
z
“ ” lights up after information is received. If the
icon has already lit up when information is
received, it flashes temporarily.
z
When multiple pieces of information are received
simultaneously, only the latest one appears on the
standby screen.
z
If no operations are performed for about 15
seconds after a pop up message appears, the
selection is released.
z
You can set the Machi-chara display in “Machi-
chara setting”.

When Original lock is set on “Disp. recv. mail/
msg.” under “Incoming/Mail disp.”, a pop up
message or “
” does not appear on the screen
and incoming operations (ring tone, vibrator,
illumination flashing) are not performed even if
information is received.

The i-concier screen may not appear but only a
site or information may appear depending on the
information.
