Tutorial: Add Maps and Imagery
Your purchase includes a certificate for $40 of imagery downloads from the NetLink Map
Library! You can download color aerial imagery, satellite imagery, USGS aerial imagery, and
hi-resolution city imagery. You must be a registered user to receive your free imagery. If
you did not register during the product installation, you can register when you order your
imagery.
Once you have used your certificate, a Map Library subscription plan lets you download
unlimited imagery and data for $29.95 a year. For more information, see the

This tutorial explains how to download color imagery.
Step 1—Find the area for which you want to download maps
Use the
Find tab
to locate the area on the map for which you want to download imagery.
Step 2—Activate your certificate
1.
Click the NetLink tab and then click the Map Library subtab OR click the Map
Library button
in the toolbar.
2.
Type download certificate key in the Validation Key box to activate it.
Step 3—Select the coverage area
1.
Center the map on the area for which you want to download imagery and zoom the
map in to data zoom level 11-0 or greater.

Click the NetLink tab and then click the Datasets subtab.
3.
From the Select Map Data drop-down list, select Color DOQQ and from the
Delivery Method drop-down list select Download.
Step 4—Select the coverage area

Click the Select button
and then click inside the grids that cover your
area.
The selected grids are highlighted. The blue info box updates to show the size and
