Turn off the power and turn it on 
again.

Replace the outdoor unit 
PCB.

Replace the fan motor.
Correct the connectors and 
fan motor leads.
Replace the outdoor unit 
PCB.

Clean up the radiation fin.

or parts damage may be occurred.
