Operation Manual
To adjust the vertical blades
(louvres)
Hold the knob and move the louvres.
(You will find a knob on the left-side and the right-side blades.)
• When the unit is installed in the corner of a room,
the direction of the louvers should be facing away
from the wall.
If they face the wall, the wall will block off the wind,
causing the cooling (or heating) efficiency to drop.
Notes on flaps and louvres angles
• When “
SWING button
” is selected, the flaps
swinging range depends on the operation mode.
(See the figure.)
• If the unit is operated after being stopped with
the flaps pointed down in cooling or dry opera-
tion, the flaps will automatically move to a hor-
izontal position after about one hour to prevent
condensation from forming on them.
ATTENTION
• Always use a remote controller to adjust the flaps
angle. If you attempt to move it forcibly with hand
when it is swinging, the mechanism may be broken.
• Be careful when adjusting the louvres. Inside the
air outlet, a fan is rotating at a high speed.
