SE505 Hardware Manual

Replacing the X-Axis

Use this procedure to replace the X-Axis on the gantry. This section shows the procedures
performed when the machine is not in the production line.

1. Turn off all electrical power to the system. For more information, refer to the section

“

Shutting Down the System

” on page 59.

2. Remove the screws attached to the grounding board.

3. Remove the screws attached on the base of the cable chain and cable chain bracket.
