Selects the animal versus cooling start temperature offset curve from a list of avail-
able cooling curves. There are 2 types of curves: offset curves and absolute tem-
perature curves. Mister and dripper do not need Tunnel to work
Age Actual age of animals, which gives the actual cooling start temperature offset on
actual house/barn temperature set point.
Mister/dripper or high pressure mister/fogger
The main difference between cool cells and other cooling devices is that only cool cells can use external
temperature reference for set point, other devices cannot.

These settings are general settings for all mister/dripper and high pressure mister/fogger setups. Only variations are
shown in the other tables.

(offset) Offset from start temperature at which a cooling device reaches its maximum oper-
ating time.

Start temperature is an absolute value in house/barn, fixed temperature control
mode.
Start temperature is an offset on actual house/barn temperature set point in house/
barn, fixed offset and variable offset control modes
Start temperature in an absolute value in external, fixed temperature and variable
temperature control modes
Effective start temperature
Calculated start temperature = start temperature (absolute mode)
Calculated start temperature = house/barn temperature set point + start tempera-
ture offset (offset mode)
NOTE: Effective start temperature cannot be lower than the temperature at which
Tunnel ventilation start, both absolute and offset start temperature should
be limited accordingly.
