Product disassembly process

Remove the coin battery

1. Unlock and open the enclosure cover (TOP ASSEMBLED, EDGE
Main Controller)

2. Locate the PCB-416 (EDGE MPUB, 300-00332), item 4. The Lith-
ium coin or button style battery is located on BAT1.

3. Remove and slide the coin battery from the battery socket.

Remove External Electrical cables and
internal Electrical cables

1. Unlock and open the enclosure cover (TOP ASSEMBLED, EDGE
Main Controller)

2. Remove the wires from the BASE ASSEMBLED, EDGE Main
Controller by unscrewing terminal blocks with a small flat-head
screwdriver and a large flat-head screwdriver.

Remove the cables between the BASE ASSEMBLED and the TOP
ASSEMBLED, EDGE Main Controller:

3. Cut the TIE WRAP located on the TOP ASSEMBLED, EDGE
Main Controller.

4. Unscrew with a Phillips screwdriver #1 and remove the screws
(item 6) from the SHIELD (item 7).

5. Remove the SHIELD

6. Unplug the cable from TOP ASSEMBLED, EDGE Main Controller

7. Unscrew with a Phillips screwdriver #1 and remove the screw
(item 6) from the CABLE CLAMP (item 5).

8. Remove the cables from the CABLE CLAMP.

9. Unplug the cable from BASE ASSEMBLED, EDGE Main
Controller
