Chapter 12: Ventilation operation
Stop T
The house/barn temperature at which the stage stops
Max T
Applies to variable stages only. Temperature where the capacity of the stage reaches its maxi-
mum, not necessarily 100%
Stage
parameters
Name of fan outputs entered at configuration, used in the selected stage in the left table. Fan
mode assigned to the selected stage in the left table.
Cycle time
On time plus Off time related to the stage operation
On time
On time of the stage operation cycle
Information box
Text message about trouble, alarm, operation specifics, skip and transition ventilation modes.
When in Fan view, the following information is displayed:
Fan output
name
Name entered for the fan output at configuration
Status
Status of the fan (pit, sidewall, tunnel or stir fan)
Time
Down counter, cycling between remaining Off time and remaining On time and trouble
Power
For variable fans or fixed-capacity fans in timer mode: actual output, for On/Off fans: 0 or
100%
Run time 24h
The amount of time the fan output was on in the last 24 hours
Maximum
amperage
Maximum amperage draw of selected fan output. Higher amp draw will generate a "Fan
[name] high amp draw" trouble
Minimum
amperage
Minimum amperage draw of selected fan output when On. Lower amp draw will generate a
"Fan [name] low amp draw" trouble
Temperature
delta
Actual temperature delta for stir fans used in delta mode. Appears only for stir fans in delta
mode.
When in inlet view, the following information is displayed:
Inlet name
Name entered for the inlet ( as given at configuration)
Opening
Status of the inlet in % of total opening
Temperature
Average temperature of assigned probes to inlets
Associated
probes
Names of probes associated to inlet
Temperature
Individual temperature of each probe assigned to inlet
Whisker switch
Shown only for inlets featuring a physical whisker switch, this LED shows the state of the
switch (green when activated, grey otherwise)
Maximum
amperage
Maximum amp draw of selected inlet
Minimum
amperage
Minimum amp draw of selected inlet
Amperage
draw
Current amp draw of selected inlet
The right pane shows the set opening of an inlet and contribution of each compensation.
