Cisco ASR 1002-X Router Description
The Cisco ASR 1002-X Router is a part of the Cisco ASR 1000 Aggregation Services Routers. The Cisco
ASR 1002-X Router is a compact, small form factor router (SSF) that fulfil customer demands such as
low power consumption and decreased usage of rack space.
The Cisco ASR 1002-X Router supports three half-height SPAs and a built-in 6xGE SPA, as also all the
general-purpose routing and security features of the Cisco ASR 1000 Series Aggregation Services
Routers.
