Unit Does Not Start
No Message Displayed
13. No voltage is available
to the DC power supply
card.
Press and hold the START button. If
there is no indicator light on the power
supply card, check and replace circuit
breaker (CB0 or CB1), start switch
contacts or wiring, as necessary.

14. DC power supply is
faulty.
Press and hold the START button. If
no 5VDC indicator on main control
board check and replace power supply
card or wiring to main control card, as
necessary.
•
Unit Does Not Start
Standard Display, No Error Mes-
sage
1. PX6 is on or has failed.
Check. Adjust/replace as necessary.

REPAIR
chapter,
Sensors
section and the appropriate procedure.

Unit Does Not Start
Message reads:
CENTER STOP INTERLOCK/
!SERVICE OR CLEAR FAULT!
LEFT SIDE STOP/INTERLOCK/
!SERVICE OR CLEAR FAULT!
RIGHT SIDE STOP/
INTERLOCK/!SERVICE OR
CLEAR FAULT!
1. A safety switch is open in
the starting circuit.
Locate and close any open interlock
switch.

Unit Does Not Start
Message reads:
CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED!
SERVICE OR CLEAR FAULT
INVERTER/MOTOR OVER-
LOAD!
SERVICE OR CLEAR FAULT

1. A circuit breaker or motor
protector have tripped.
Locate the tripped circuit breaker or
the tripped motor protector in its elec-
trical panel and reset it. If the breaker
continues to trip, determine and cor-
rect the cause.
•
2. Check the motor thermo-
stat connections, and the
temperature of the motor.
If the connections are
correct, and the motor sur-
face is extremely hot, the
internal motor thermostat
is tripped.
When the motor has cooled, the ther-
mostat will automatically reset. Check
the motor load. Call the factory Service
Department if the motor thermostat
trips repeatedly.
