This is used to check analog data for the

following sensors. However, sensor operation
is normally checked using “Motor/Sensor”.

For threshold values shown on the right

side of analog data, “-“ is displayed if there are
no threshold values.

2. Write File

When [Write file] on the lower right side of

the analog screen is selected, displayed infor-

mation can be saved in a text file.

The operation procedure is the same as

that in “A. Information, 9. Write File.”
