sounds, it proves that automatic
locking function is activated.
Sound and light alarm function to
indicate failure to fasten the seat belt:
if the vehicle is started and driver or
front passenger does not fasten the
seat belt, sound and light alarm
system will work until driver and front
passenger fasten seat belt.
FRIENDLY TIPS

Where the above mentioned
function is abnormal or fails,
please immediately contact
services station authorized by
BYD AUTO and do not use the
corresponding seat before
fixing.

All passengers shall sit on the
seats and correctly fasten seat
belts when the vehicle is in
motion. Otherwise, in the event
of emergency braking or
collision, people in the vehicle
will be prone to get seriously
injured or die.
Usages:
1. Adjust seat to appropriate
position, and adjust seat back to
appropriate angle.(See methods
for adjusting seats)
2. Pull out the webbing of seat belt
smoothly, make it diagonally
cross over the shoulder close to
the position where webbing is
pulled out, and webbing shall not
be under arms or cross behind
neck.
3. Insert latch into buckle, and when
hearing a ‗Click‘ sound, pull the
latch in reverse direction to
confirm that locking is successful.
Note that the webbing cannot be
twisted.
4. Adjust seat belt height adjuster
(front seats) to appropriate
position to obtain the best
comfort and protection. The
protection is best when webbing
is in the middle part of shoulder,
and webbing shall not touch neck
or slip off from shoulder.
