Chapter 3 Installation

Warning

To avoid electric shocks, please take care when connecting telecommunications net-
works (TNV electric circuits). LAN ports also use RJ connectors.

Caution

To ensure that the hybird 120 / hybird 130 can operate free of faults, it must be
mounted upright on a wall. The device should not be exposed to direct sunlight or oth-
er sources of heat. Please note, too, the gaps that you need to comply with (see

Wall

mounting

on page 31).

Note

If you want to connect a terminal with a TCU plug, you can use a TCU-to-RJ12 ad-
apter, remove the plug on the device's cable and connect the device to a terminal
block or change the plug on the terminal's cable.
