2. Push up and remove the roof cover (first
move the left cover and then move the right
cover). Place the removed cover piece on a soft
object to prevent to damage.
Warning
The installation position of the roof cover
must be correct, and the installation of
relevant parts must be reliable to ensure
sealing performance and avoid leakage, air
leakage and dust caused by improper
installation.
Installation steps are contrary to disassembly
steps
As shown in the figure, when placing the roof
cover, attention should be paid to the alignment
of the positioning pin-A-on both sides of the
cover with the positioning hole-A-on the roll bar
on both sides of the body.
In addition, before tightening the bolts again,
make sure that the outer surface of the top cover
is level with the car body.
Bandage Binding Front Door Hole with
Sealing Strip
After removing the front top cover, the upper
part of the door seal strip is suspended in the air.
It is necessary to remove the door seal strip
binding (self-adhesive) from the toolbox and fix
the sealing strip-1-, -2-on the front roll bar as
shown in the figure.
