Exterior Vehicle Lights
The vehicle light control part is located on the
rear left multi-functional operating lever of the
steering wheel.

Vehicle Light Switches
As shown in the figure, when the vehicle light
control knob is turned to the “OFF” position-3-,
it indicates that all the vehicle lights are
switched off and none are lit (except the hazard
warning lights). When the knob is turned to
position -2-, namely the small lights position,
the parking lights, the tail light, the front and
rear marker lights, the vehicle plate light and the
instrument backlight will be lit. Meanwhile, the
display screen backlight of the information
center of the instrument will be reduced to 40%
of its daytime brightness to prevent dazzling.
When the knob is turned to position -1-, namely
the low beam position, the headlight low beam
will also be switched on.
Caution
●
When the engine is turned off, do not leave
the headlights or other lights on for long
periods of time. Otherwise, the battery power
will be reduced.
●
During periods of rain or when the vehicle
is being washed, mist may form on the inner
side of the translucent mirrors of the
headlights. This is not a fault but a normal
phenomenon, like the fogging of windows in
damp weather. After the lights are turned on,
the heat produced will evaporate any
mistiness. However, if water condenses inside
the headlights, please take the vehicle to an
authorized BAIC dealership to have it
checked.
