Flip over phone

Locate 2 things power and network cables

Pull power plug out of phone wait 30 sec and then back in. If nothing is plugged into the power

plug move to step 4

Locate cable marked with SW or Network.

Unplug cable by pressing plastic clip. Let sit unplugged for 30 sec

Plug cable back in

Give phone time to start up
