9 . Connecting the Scanner Head Unit (MF-C2000A-MC/

SC Only)

This section explains how to connect the scanner head unit .

Item required

Phillips screwdriver

Operating Procedure

(1) Confirm that the MAIN POWER switch is turned OFF.

(2) Connect the scanner power cable to the SCAN POWER connector on the con-

nector panel 2.

(3) Connect the scanner control connecting cable to the SCANNER connector on the

connector panel 2.

(4) Connect the scanner power cable to the power supply connector on the scanner

head unit.

(5) Connect the scanner control connecting cable to the head I/F connector (XY2-100)

on the scanner head unit.
